THE ART OF HEEL…ING: HOW TO WALK IN HIGH HEELS
Learn how to properly walk in high heels. This class will focus on the basics – posture, poise and balance. Attendees must bring their own heels, preferably the most challenging pair, and be physically fit enough to experiment with movements like hailing a cab in heels, picking up loose change in heels and flirting in heels.
$20. Taught by Rose Luardo.
Bio
Rose Luardo is a woman about town. She is the lead singer in the band Sweatheart, one half of the performance duo The New Dreamz and a principal dancer in the experimental dance troupe Club Lyfestile. She hosts a comedy night at The Barbary with Andrew Jeffrey Wright.
